Yes, we can have your order delivered to a P.O. Box.

If you input your information incorrectly, there is nothing we can do.
What you put on the order form is what gets printed.
In the case of the national ID cards, we charge a 75 euro reprint fee for customer errors. Contact us with your order number.
In the case of passports - if you made an error while ordering - you will have to reorder at the full price, there are no discounts there because of the higher cost of materials and longer working time put into producing them.

If we made an error, please provide us with your order number, and we will gladly reprint your documents free of charge.

We also give you a free preview as well before we send it to you so you can verify everything is correct. However, if you approve the preview and we send the documents to you and then you notice a mistake, you’ll be required to pay the fee because it’s not our fault.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.
